Hi everyone,
I have an issue with my Push 3S. I would like to map several footswitches from my Line 6 Helix to control some Ableton Live functions, especially “Scene Up” and “Scene Down” (which are only visible in MIDI Map mode).
I created a Live template where everything was working correctly. However, after transferring the template to the Push 3S (Standalone), these mappings no longer work.
I can still see the mapped commands in the Push settings under MIDI Mapping, but they do not respond when I press the Helix footswitches.
One thing to note: “Stop All Clips” is still working correctly.
Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a solution?
Thanks!

Re: Midi assign push3s and line 6 helix
I might be wrong (and I can't test this atm), but I'm pretty sure this is a bug and/or an omission with this relatively new P3 SA midi mapping implementation.
You could try mapping these to another midi controller and see how it goes (and, most likely, confirm the issue).
In any case, make sure to report to Support!
(edit) something just crossed my mind: what's your "workflow" setting in SA? Clip or Scene?

Thank you for your response. I will contact support about this issue.
My workflow is to control the scenes and be able to launch them using the Play command.
In the end, I found an alternative solution that works, although it is more limiting: I assign the first five scenes directly to my Helix. The advantage is that I do not have to press Play to launch a scene.

I can't try atm and I feel like it won't work but...
did you try midi mapping Push's D-Pad up/down buttons?
