In Live 12 Suite Trial My Push 2 is stuck on "New Firmware is available"

Hi all,

I am pulling my hair out over this. For context, I am coming from Live Suite 9, and have a very old Push 2, running the following firmware:

Firmware 1.0 Build 60
Board Revision 1

Upon starting Live 12 Suite trial, my Push 2 displays the new firmware message, but never actually updates. I have tried all sort of options through ChatGPT and nothing seems to work. I have raised a support ticket but was wondering if anyone has had this issue before?
