i don't know if this is a bug or limitation. here's how to reproduce it:
1. create a 1 bar long midi clip
2. set main loop to ON, and set it to 1bar, starting on 1.1.1
3. launch clip in session view and set OVR on
4. play a note that overlaps the clip length (ie start playing at 1.4, and release at 1.2).
the note appears, but doesn't get recorded.
i think the way clips get recorded in session view shouldn't interfere at all with the fact that the main loop is ON of OFF. am i right?
