Cue issue

Trying to use CUE and having an issue with the CUE bleeding thru to the master. Its at a much lower volume, but still not good. Anyone else have this issue.

I'm using a Delta 44 on a PC.
The Master is going out to 1/2 and CUE out to 3. I get sound fine out of 3, to my headphones, but when its turned on for the channel i'm trying to cue the sound bleeds to out 1. I do have the channel turned all the way down so its not sending to the Master.
I've tried all i know to try :(

Ableton 6.10 on PC; Delta 44 sound card;
Intel Core 2 Duo 1.86ghz; 1gig DDR2 800; 120gig 7200 8meg SATA150 WD and 300gig 7200 16meg SATA300 Seagate; MSI 975X Platinum V.2 MB; UC-33e; Korg Kontrol 49
