problem before registration

I've bought live 5. I've installed it on my hard disk (OS 10.3.3). When I lauch live for the first time to register, a message says "folders has been deleted" and I have to click 'OK" and the program doesn't start so I even can't register. Someone has an idea to solve the problem?

Hi,
Is the whole thing installed on the harddrive ? Have you made sure you didn't run anything from the Live CD ? Donno, just a thought, more likely useless though... Other than that, have you tried to mail [email protected] ?
