Yeah there is truth in your statement. But in fact the problems you describe are, for me, and it's only a personnal point of view, more of a social problem than a skin-color problem. I speaking of the very problem of subburbs and its inhabitants versus other citizens. It's like (again it is MY opinion), the Israelo-palestinian problem, being more of a political problem than a religious problem, in its whole....

Now the real racism in france... Well, you've got first level: "I love black people, arabic people are sympathetic, blacks are very skilled for rythm, have strong bodies, good for sports"...
