Missing presets - please help.

this is probably a stupid question, but please help as I need to fix this problem asap.

I've been using Live for about a year now, and currently use v.5.

but, about a week ago, after changing something (without realising what ive done obviously) i have lost access to all the presets in the library - none of the devices, audio or midi, that are native to Live, have any presets anymore - where have they gone?

I click on the device and the wee arrow next to it points downward but no list of presets appears.

I have no problem with the presets of third party vsts by the way.

I presume ive changed the library directory in preferences when i was stoned or something...but can't recall what the default should be.

can someone please help me?

make sure you didnt re-name your preset directories.

if you renamed directories to organize your directory structure, name them back
.

sorted - had merged them into another folder.

corrected the problem.
