Doublechecked with Presonus who advised :
The Headphones and Stereo outputs all reference the same output stream/mix.
However, you can independently adjust the volume.
FWIW, the outputs are UNbalanced ...

Makes this offering in all very much less attractive (in my eyes)

Especially if it exhibits the high pitched noise reported by Firebox users.

Where have you seen this reported - I'm thinking about the firebox so would be keen to see any reports of any issues.

I was very tempted by one of these too but now I'm not so sure. I think I'll put up with my maya44 usb until something else shows up.

it's available now here
anybody some experience with it yet?
a shopguy told me he liked edirol more than presonus - less troubels (like you can read here on the forum too. all the firebox probs... although he might have said it for commercial reasons)
