Warping full tracks

Post by jasonb » Mon Oct 31, 2005 10:34 pm

Is it possible to save a full track at a new warped tempo?

yeah, warp the track as usual, set the main tempo to whatever BPM you need it to be, play the track WHILE recording it in another track.

As ableton records it in real-time, you get an output recorded as the new bpm

You can also use TapeIt VST as an ableton track to record it as you'll get more flexibility/options

hope that's what u meant

Thanks for that!! recording in real time is to slow.

Think i've worked it out anyway. Warp full track. Consolidate at new bpm and then render to disk.

:D

Record or render to disk - i guess real-time is a bum, that's true!
