try the handy fix-all workaround of rendering the master out in real-time to a new track in live. Here's how: set up a new track in Live, set up the input to "master out", and record into that track while playing the full song back in real time. This usually works when rendering to disk doesn't. Another option is to open FL by itself, render out all of the tracks (there is a rendering setting to automatically render each track seperately to seperate .wav files out of FL). Then drop these .wav files in the appropriate Live tracks so that you can use the Live effects you have set up. Then you might be able to render to disc in Live, stand-alone, no rewired FL.
