control Combi changes on Korg TR-Rack

Hi. I recently added a Korg TR-Rack (trinity) to my synth aresenal. Only problem is that I can't get Live to change the Combis properly. Does anyone here use one with Live (using Live 4)?

I've gone into the Rack's global settings and enabled patch changes for both Program and Combi mode. But when I drag a midi clip into a patch change track and try to set what voice I want it to be, only the third dropdown (can't remember what they're named, I'm at work now) seems to do anything. I can change anything from A001-A128 just fine, but I can't seem to move to the B, C, or D banks. The other dropdowns in Live don't seem to have any effect.

Anyone have any suggestions (other than remapping all my Combis to live in the A bank)? I don't have a manual for the module (bought on Ebay) and Korg's site is unsuprisingly lacking the menu in PDF form.
