mp3 tracks make pops and clicks

So I loaded up an MP3 in Live 5.02 and for some reason it makes pops/clicks at certain parts of the song. Wierd thing is, it always happens at the same points of the song. For example, 4 measures into the song. Another weird thing is, it makes a pop just on the right side. I tried a few mp3s but had the same results (and the songs themselves doesn't have clicks/pops in it). Also, changing the latency had no effect. I highy doubt that it is my motu 828 with the problem. Anyone have the same problem?
