She-male in USA with a house full of synths

Post by Macrostructure » Sun Nov 27, 2005 1:13 pm

What's the url for the website belonging to that androgenous person (visually female but questions were raised on this forum) in the USA with racks and racks and racks of classic synths in a room overlooking some rural area? You know the one...

She was given a slagging for not having much musical output....

Thanks!

are you talking about synth pioneer Wendy Carlos of 'switched on Bach' fame?

search for that, you'll find her

This person denies being a man... that's good enough for me! Although she does seem a bit self obsessed. A 21st century haircut to go with all the 21st century gear wouldn't go amiss though... quelle bitch...

I say good luck to her. She built a house - something I have long aspired to - for this alone she deserves some credit. I say go Amanda. And gimme a synth.

Just think if she was hitting on you in a club and you brought her home..
Would you ever think she was a man?
Must say she or he looks pretty good but not sexually into she-males.

More to the point... if SHE took YOU home... I predict two things would happen.

1 You would fall to the floor in awe when you saw her studio, and completely forget about whether she was male or female. Which would rapidly become irrelevant anyway because...
2 You would forget about sex completely in an attempt to use everything in the studio at once

I think we should invite her onto the forum. She obviously knows more about midi than any male, female or in-betweenie on this forum... :) I don't care if she/he is androgynous/transexual. She probably knows how to fix every newbie problem with one swift reply. Save us all a lot of time. :)

I once fell down the stairs when I was drunk (doh) and the doctor who treated me was utterly ambiguous in gender. I still don't know if it was a he or a she. But they stitched my head up pretty well so I'm eternally grateful (and confused).

Let's hear it for transexual electronic music producers!

dont make me show those Hans Zimmer shots again .. that studio of his is the extremity of synth porn.
It wouldn't make me sleep with him though.
