clips stop recording when queing other clips (dj set)

clips stop recording when queing other clips (dj set). although the record button is still active. when queing the qued clip will start recording and the one playing out stops recording but continues to play.

any ideas?

i'm using 5.0.2 with windows xp sp2

Hi Tyrant,

could explain a bit more detailed what exactly you do, maybe in a form of step by step guide?
Or if you think it could be helpful send me a Live set that demonstrate this.

Ok.

Step 1

load up all mp3's around 10 on each channel(3 channels)
each channel has a compressor and an EQ3 inserts

filter delay on 1 send

Step 2

press record on main trsansport panel

step 3
trigger first clip ( channel 1 )

step 4
trigger another clip in channel 2 for monitoring

step 5
in arrangement view, the clip in channel 1 stops recording but channel 2 clip does.

start and end markers are placed at the start of the first beat until the end of track
