Device needed between laptop and standard mixer in a club

Hi,

I've tried to figger out witch device is needed to plug my xsession controller to my pioneer djm 500 mixer.
In other words, what's the missing link between laptop - midi controller and the traditional mixer ?

To clarify what I meen, check out the picture below, my setup is almost the same, but what's the device called that is connected to the traditional mixer?
