Hand Curser showing when zooming in and out in arranger.

When zooming in and out the hand cursor is still showing. It bounces up and down like crazy and it looks stupid. Doesn't happen every time I load a set but now and then it's there. Especially if I load an existing set.

A minor bug so don't put it on top of the list, thats where the cpu-spike-problem should be!
