Scrub stops looping

I have a clip that is warped to 1 bar length. Clip mode is toggle. General quantize is 1 bar and clips q is set to global.
When I click the clips scrub area to the right of the middle 1.3 warp marker, the clip runs to the end and then stops.
If clicked before this mark, no clip stop.
Should this be so?

And why does not the clips launch quantize override the general setting when scrubbing?
If general is 1 bar and the clips is None, scrub click still works in accordance with the 1 bar globar setting.

But clip stops looping in 5.0.3 too.
