thank you, i really like those you mentioned in the first place. they're waving in the direction of progressive, as i am, too. at the moment i am trying to combine trance elements with techhouse, and i think those labels will be the right choice to try.

germanys music scene was very healthy but got kind off stuck. there's only minimal at the moment (as i can see), very empty music, not that kind of dense techno/house style. i've done this before, but now minimal really pisses me off, always the same crap, at least here in germany.

best regards,
martin

Seriously though, what ever gets the job done, loops, guitars, a bottle of jack daniels and some strippers or a really good drummer is all good.

Music is music, I love dance music - honestly my goal is to one day have Carl Cox or Umek or even Adam Jay drop a jam of mine in Miami this March and watch people jump up and down :)

It happened 3 years ago at Tronic Treatment '03 when John Warwick (top dawg at Primate, Primevil and Prime) dropped the original mix of "Fell my drums"

It's really cool to see people actaully dancing to your music, IN MIAMI!

*I don't have the original cd any more but I think I'll record the vinyl into my computer and post it on my soundclick page - it's been played like 5 million times so...it's not the 'cleanest' sounding.*

Me and my buddy (Dj Trip) pressed 100 copies on red vinyl - I sent them to all the people I got contacts from the year before in Miami '02

It made me happy - that's all I'm looking for

Thanks again for the props!

later

funny, he actually produces under the name Traxter with one of my best mates in London, they did that one "believe" and "give it to me" on primate endangered species - actually I think that one was called flashback/revolutions or something but had that give it to me sample in it, I've met him a few times, usually while I was to mashed up to hold a conversation and none of my music was of any interest to him  although one of his underlings at Prime was going to sign my 1st release "mon cong" (on my site) to primary but I chose Low pressings as they got in first

We were at the music box in manchester UK backstage where Warwick was playing and my mate turned to someone next to him and said "what time's weatherall on?" and the guy replied"ask him he's sitting right next to you"
