Dropping Audio Loops into a new recording

I am a new owner of the software. How do I drop a bass and or drum loop into the new session. I finally successfully recorded my guitar but I just can't seem to get to the next step. Also, I can't seem to hear the loop while I am working with my recording.

Use the browser on your left. Navigate to loop or file you want. Clik and drop into your track or clip slot.
