exporting individual tracks liking through sends?

i'm working in ableton creating songs live...i use a midicontroller and i record automation for the mutes too...after my song is finish i need to export it to individual tracks for final prossesing on pro tools....i run in to 2 problems:
1)i though i could just solo each track and export it but when i check the exported file i still heard the otherones mixed in....looks like the sound is liking through the sends that are active...
2)i decide i will not use the solo or the sends... so i create a submaster and mute it...so then i could route every track to the sub except the one i want to export....i also disable the sends and copy each fx to the track that is using it ...now the problem is that when the sound in the exporting track is muted(remember i'm automating mutes)the delay will be cut too because is pre...
i hope i'm clear...is kind of dificult to explain...but does anybody know what is the way to export individual tracks in this situation????

If I'm understanding you right, you might just have to shift-click-solo the track and the the FX send/return track.

Basically, you need a way to "shut up" all the unwanted audio clips as you render out each submix or "stem" to disk, without affecting any of your muting and automation.

As an example, say you have a song that uses 16 tracks on the Arrange page and you want to render 16 stems for use in Protools. On the Arrange page, double-click any clip to open up the Clip View window.

Now, lassoo all the clips EXCEPT those on track 1. In the Clip view window, you can deactivate (mute in place) this multiple selection of clips by clicking the Clip Activate button (top left circle in the Clip View - it looks just like the Bypass button in a Live effect).

All the clips on tracks 2-16 will grey-out and not play. Now do an off-line Render To Disk (shift-apple-R on Mac) of the stereo output. Only the clips on track 1 will play, with all associated automation and FX sends. Voila, you've just made your first exported stem.

Next, Deactivate all the clips on track 1 and Re-Activate just the clips on track 2. Render to Disk, and so on.

The idea here is that you are temporarily muting the audio output of all but the desired clips for each pass, without messing up your automation or having to compromise your effects etc.

The Activate Clip button is a really useful tool for temporarily switching stuff off while still leaving it in place on the Arrange Page.

thanks guys for all the replys...i guess i find there is more than one way of doing it ...what pitchblack just describes i think will work but with lots of moussing arround..the way i've found best is in the arrange just unmute all the tracks except the one you are rendering (you may need to double or triple click so it deactivates the automation too)then to render your second track first click the "back to arrangement" button (is a red button with 3horizontal lines next to the OVR button )SO ALL THE AUTOMATION IS BACK AGAIN...THEN JUST REPEAT FOR EACH TRACK...TO ME THIS IS THE SIMPLER WAY ...I STILL WOULD LIKE A FUNCTION that RENDER EACH TRACK AS A SEPARATE FILE(like in acid pro)...BUT FOR NOW I GUESS IT'S OK

Wow Pitch Black. Thanks for that. That is an extremely handy tip that was looming right under my nose. To tell you the truth, I had never really put much thought into the clip deactivation buttons.

And yes, in my previous post I had mentioned shift clicking multiple tracks to solo them, when infact it Is Ctrl-Clicking.
