help please!!??!!
every time i either record or play clips in my live i get pops & clicks all the time, therefore not being able to make a quality track. ive put on disc & it is being recorded. have i not set up correctly?? i run live 5.2 . computer has 3g pentium 4, 1g of ram, audiofile 24/96 soundcard. any help would be greatly welcome..
clicking noises when playing or recording on the fly!

Try increasing your audio buffer length. You can do this in the 'Audio' section of the live preferences if I remember correctly.
Make sure your CPU is set to full speed - you can do this by going into the "Power Management" control panel, then choosing the "Always On" profile. The SpeedSwitchXP utility can also control CPU speed, but it's designed for laptops, so I'm not sure if it'll work with a desktop CPU.
There is a new version of Live available, 5.0.3. Give it a try to see if it helps.

clicks & pops
no, neither worked to be honest. i have noticed that it gets a lot worse the longer i have actually been on live!! yesterday i recorded a tune that i had already had the clips etc alrteady in session view & managed to get it spot on the first take therefore i was finished recording by approx 10 mins & i had no problems whatsoever!!!!!

i've had some improvements by downloading the latest drivers from maudio;s website. still some older, very simple, sets pop and click...but it eventually stopped. and i havent noticed any problems now with new sets.
