dude
please for the love of god be a little bit more specific...
just going 'i need help recording keys' could mean a million things.
tell us what you have, what you've been doing and what part isnt working.
read the manual first .. that would help too...
shit we need to know:
- your soundcard
- your keyboard
- any midi info
- your operating system
- what the actual problem is..

thanks...but I wish it were that simple... If I don't launch protools....Live will not open.....ok now, If I am running protools.... I can't record into live because I guess live is in rewire ? My goal here is to run live without protools, but using mbox's inputs, so I can play keys to record, into live directly and yes save as a clip.
I may be mistaken but you should be able to open Live up and use the Mbox2 with it's asio drivers. If you open up Live, without audio support, you can go into the preferences, click on the audio tab, choose Asio from the audio type list, and then the Asio Digidesign driver from the Audio device list.
