Garritan mod wheel volume issue?

Anyone using GPO ,if so, how do you manage the mod wheel volume problem for sequenced stuff? I don't want to have to use my mod wheel to set volume everytime I use a GPO.

Looks like you can config GPO to ignore the mod wheel but you still need to send it a cc #1, and I'm not expert enough to figure out how to send cc's from Ableton? I don't even know how to create cc's going "out", I know how to recieve them via remote but they get used and stopped there as far as I know.

I've looked around for a way but I can't seem to figure out how that would be done.
