Using Pad Pressure w. Live 5.0.3 and M-Audio Trigger Finger

(Not velocity) OK, that's what I was trying to understand too, not knowing which types of messages the Trigger Finger pads are capable of sending. Thanks for sharing your experience ILTK. This encourages me to purchase one soon.

...with the enigma editor and 2 of those are called 'ableton something' if you send those to the TF and select them, the pads will send out aftertouch when you apply pressure to the pads, and the display on the TF will show the pressure values instead of showing velocity values, you can see the numbers increase/decrease realy fast on the TF display.

When you have that preset selected, press midi learn and select something like a send knob and apply pressure to a pad, then you can turn the send up/down by applying pad pressure, great for hooking up to filters to do rhytmic filter sweeps, pitch bend etc..
