Why Live 5.03 is always uses Swing Mode with my files?

i never use swing music files in my projects in the moment and when i import a complete songfile,live 5.03 looks it as a "swing" file when i have "Auto" in the preferences.......for sure, i can put the "Auto" to "Straight", but normally it should work and live should see,what kind of file it is......
right?

but i love the new one,its getting perfect now and the drops are gone....now i am ready for play the liveacts with version5.03
