Please Help

Hi there i only acquired ableton recently but for some reason i am not able to monitor the other tracks, i am using a :

Terratec Aureon 7.1, here is the back of the soundcard

I am using a top class amp, i am running the soundcard as my main soundcard for the computer to listen to mp3's and stuff, i have a phono to phono cable connected from the front left and front right.

Wat configuration do i need to use for ableton to be able to monitor? Could it be i need another phono to phono cable as well to run along the front left and front right?

Sorry for the long thread, just wanna get stuck into this properly.

Hi,

It all depends on the conrol panel of your soundcard:
- can you use different outputs as separate stereo output ?
- Does the soundcard have a headphone output ?
- Can you internally (in soundcard control panel) route a 3/4 stereo output to the headphone output ?
