I really need to get a basic grasp of midi-speak. Anything out there that can help me get going? Would prefer something comprehensive, but, more importantly (like Live), easy to understand.
Any, all recommendations appreciated.
Anyone recommend a good midi tutorial, book or on the web?

i'd imagine it might be more useful to get some midi documentation in relation to the hardware or software you want to use.
