Live and Waves 3.2 plug in.

Hi !
I have a probleme with the Waves native gold bundle 3.2 in live.
Could you please tell me if you have the same ?

When i re-load a project who use waves plug in (these plugs use a Waves-shell) , the plug is not loaded...i have a message with a "loading error" and live load a "empty wave plug-in".
It seem's that live doesn't reconize the VST Waves Shell ...(?)
