noobie question

Post by proggybreaks » Sun Jan 22, 2006 9:58 pm

I have Ableton Live 5 (yes, legit!) And I might be doing a performance. But I just realized that the program does not seem to show the track progress in terms of minutes and seconds, only in terms of bars and beats. I can't figure out in the manual if there's any way to let Ableton tell you how long its been since you started playing. If not, are there any good free "timer" plugins out there?

In the arrange window ... on the bottom a little above where you'd put audio effects into a track ... there's some time markers right there.

Ah, no wonder I didn't see it, I use Ableton in the Session mode almost exclusively. I guess I can always tab over to see my time.

Thanks for the offer, but I don't have reactor. I think I'll be alright though.
