Delay when recording a MIDI clip into an AUDIO...

Hi Everybody, I am using Live 5 with M-Audio 410 on a Mac G4 whenever i try to record a midi clip as an audio clip i experience a delay in the audio track, as a result it is off time with the rest of the work

I've tried everithing in the manual and went through the FAQ section but still no solution....

Can anyone help
