hi guys,
for all of those who fighted with reaktor within ableton (crashes over crashes, loop function didn´t work....). with the new version 4.0.3 (
http://www.nativeinstruments.de/index.p ... updates_de) all these bugs are gone...its wonderful its wonderful...

So you can get the audio from Reaktor into LIve in Realtime...is that through a rewire protocol? and does it work in OS X??

great news, but which version of live do you use?? reaktor 4.03 is not supposed to work in live 2, because it doesn't have mach-o support and as far as i know they are still struggling with implementation in live 3beta.

well, i'm on OS X, but i'm having trouble understanding this (i'm downloading the demo as we speak though)
I can use Reaktor as a plugin?? Are you able to resample within Live in realtime? that just doesn't seem to make sense with what we know about Live and soft synths to date.

on PC you point to the reaktorfx.dll file (not sure bout mac) in the vst plugs section of the prefs, it then shows up as an effect, insert it on a track as you would an insert effect and it works - it even syncs up in real time!!! not too stable though, does tend to crash when you change instruments etc somethimes...but you can record loops from it into live - the best way to use it is in pre-listen then recordi
