motu traveler users on Windows XP ?

Post by agnès » Fri Jan 27, 2006 7:55 am

Hi you all,

I have maybe a stupid question for Motu Traveler users.

Well, i'm sparign to get my hands on a multi out's sound card
and wanted to know how easy it is to route CHANNELS from
Live to independents outputs from the traveler.

My goal is to route 3 channels, KICKS chnl1, SNARES & HIHATS chnl2, EVERYTHING ELSE chnl3.

Any input would be very great as otherwise I have to do a blind
buy...

Thanks in advance,
best regards,
b.

go for it, it's a good soundcard.
Assigning outputs in live is dead simple, once you have connected it and enabled all (or how many you need) outputs in the prefs, then you can do the routing in the live mixer's channel, choosing the appropriate output for your sounds.
Be only sure that you activate all the outs in the live prefs tab.

All the best

PS.: are you coming to dachkantine playing live in the next times?

Hola Minimal Man =)

Well, thank you very mucho for you're info's it

right, it is good sound card... Any insider info
about the drivers stability ??? I remember having
so much troubles finding a "simply working" USB
board...

Sure, i'll play at the DK on the 10.02 as Agnès and
on the 25.02 with Canson as a duo =) And maybe
you saw us as Chaton & Agnès last week-end ???
What about you ??

Maybe will see usse there...
