I am setting up 4.1.4 to run with my m-audio ksp88.
I have read the tutorials and wanted to map some midi controls. Only the midi toggle next to the key toggle is missing.
I looked in preferences / midi for remote control but the tab only has a window for midi input and output.
How can I get the midi toggle to appear? How can I set up remote control?
