when listening and warping files for my archive live crashed a few times without me
having a clue how to avoid this.
if i restart live it works fine even with the file which caused the crash.
a quicker way to solve the problem is to open the settings and choose no audio and
then to choose audio again (deactivating and then activating the hardware).
anyway you have to stop the music playing.
then a few days ago i did a scratch session with friends and found out how to
reproduce the nasty buggy behaviour of live, what was quiet annoying to the others.
when live is playing i drag a new and never analysed file into the gui of the session
mode to warp it on the fly. live starts analysing the file slows down the music and
starts interrupting the playing music (dropouts) what forces me to stop the music.
i hope someone can understand this...
i am running live for years on a pc with a rme pst sound card.
currently i am using live version 5.0.3.
is there anything wrong with my driver or does this problem occur to others, too?
can anyone help me please?
