The bug fix is 5.2 (which is going to be a regular release alongside the Universal Binary), Live 6 will be the upgrade.

I think ableton are the ones that should be holding there horses.

obviously live 6 wont be just a bug fix.

it will be all of the features that all of us have come up with in the feature wish list.

for me i thought the feature wishlist was for stuff in live 5.

???

what do mean you thought the wishlist was for 5??

the wishlist for 5 was 2 years ago

the live 6 wishlist was a year ago and the current is for live 7

you dont think they can just knock these things up overnight do you?

Live 6 would have been under construction at least since L5 was released and some bits of it that didnt make it into 5 maybe even before

Lets hope ableton can sort out the problems with live 5
There are plenty of big bugs that still need to be sorted eg midi timing when using external gear. So as far as I am concerned they should concentrate on the task at hand.
Its not right to have to keep updating and paying money for something so obvious to get fixed.
Thats my opinion
Bye
