Consolidate and Pop

After i consolidate a clip i get a relatively loud pop sound come through on the monitors.

Anyone having this issue? .. no a way around it.

If it was consolidtate or render - anyway, I've got these pops too.

not for consolidate, but sometimes with freeze

my workaround is the mute button on the front of my interface

Must be cool if you make "pop" music.
