Very cool stuff Andrew...All sound very warm too. I really dig your use of sample reversal mixed with the original and your panning techniques...Thanks for the Love :D

I've just started teaching a class at the local community college
here in Halifax NS Canada
on sound design/synthesis/production with Ableton Live and Native
Instruments Reaktor. For the students' first homework assignment,
they're going to be mangling the following loops I made:

Ya'll are welcome to use 'em as well. Take care. Andrew

The samples you offered at the start of this thread seem to be offline, would it be possible for you to put them back online?

Cheers,

Thanks Andrew, got your files awhile back and been using them alot.
Some might be a bit extreme (the mangling of the original sound is welllll beyong recognition) but they work well in my sets! 8)

I cant seem to download these zip files now - right-clicking and saving target as but not having any joy.

Have you taken these offline now ? I would love to check them out!

thanks in advance

Hi, Stal.
I had to take the big batch down due to server overload.
But these at the link below will be up for about a week, so
you could grab these:

J:
Those were folders I put together specifically for uploading that
were taken from my personal archives. Unfortunately I didn't save
those folders "as is" for myself (cos they were samples I
already had, just put together in different folders). My ISP
got really upset with me a couple of months after I posted the
zips because my traffic was way way over the limit and I could
not afford to pay for the extra, so I took them down around
3 months after the post last year. Maybe I should have posted
this new batch in a new thread? I dunno. Anyway, I hope
this makes sense, I've got a heck of a sinus cold as I
type this. Hopefully someone who downloaded the zips
can pass them on to you. My apologies.

Abletons:
Could someone who has these zips contact J
and pass them on?

Thanks.
Take care and happy music-makin'.

If you still have the June 05 zips, could you pass them on to JJuptier and Stallos?
They didn't try to download them until after they were deleted from my server and I don't have those older zips here to repost unfortunately.
Much appreciated.
Thanks.
Take care.

Not working anymore? :(
Ableton’s engineers are hard
at work developing code that will allow our software to predict the future, but we don’t
anticipate having this available until at least the next major release.
