This should be: Play to the right of the loop. (If you wanted to play the loop you would jump to the left of the loop, and also this way there is no way to play from the right of the loop when the loop switch is on).

If the right loop position is the same as a locator position, and the loop switch is on, jumping to the locator will jump to the left loop position.
