group devices issue

Post by twistedfusion » Sat Feb 11, 2006 4:13 am

Hey, ive looked in the manual (see page 15.2.1 _ 201) for group devices,it seems that you can line up to 3 or more devices then right click and " group devices" and then it should all save together right?.. well everytime i do this my option is always greyed out.
is there another way of saving group devices?

thanks

hold down <ctrl>
click once on each device then try it.

you can do it with two or more (not 3) and drag and drop and rename them in the browser to save them for later use.

Hey thanks for the replies,, nah i just want to lives fxs plug ins, no outside vst or plugins,, jsut lives,,, but i cant group any of them together. Ive tried hold control too and nothing ..the option is always greyed out!
only time the option appear is if i selecte a pre-made group device and and select " ungroup" then i " re group" back.. which is not what i want to do.
just want to group my own.
