Live 5 with Protools Digi 002

I was under the impression the 002 rack would show up in the live 5 preferences when i use live without the protools software?


Has anyone else had this problem? Im completely stumped?

I've just booted up live on its own with the 002 on, and in preferences under the midi tab i can see the midi ports, but under the audio tab just 2 optionss, 'no device' or 'built in audio controller 2in 2out'


If anyone can shead any light on this i'd be very gratefull.

Did you install the ASIO driver? You need that, otherwise it won't be used by Ableton

Make sure you don't have any other software running that may be using the 002 as an audio out (Pro Tools, iTunes, etc...)
