CAN'T DISABLE REC BUTTON

if i open the default page of live5
the first audiotrack (1 audio ) is ALWAYS in record-mode
i can't disable the recmode with no means!!!
actually it is always the very first track(the most upward one)
in the arrangement, which is in record-mode
it can also be a midi track. doesn´t make a difference
has anybody a suggestion ???

maybe trying saving a new default template in the options/ preferences ??
