Remote25 Buttons w/Live

When I assign a button from the Remote25 to live, say one of the track mute buttons, I set the button mode on the Remote25 to "toggle," but the button only works one way, i.e., the mute setting will turn on, but not off. I'm also trying to assign buttons to the on/off switch for fx, but the button will only turn the fx off (not on).

Any suggestions? None of the other button modes seem to work either.

best type of midi signal for that is note on/note off.... dont know jack about remote 25, but if the button could be assigned to send note on/off values, your all set.

Ok, well I got the mute buttons to work in Live....just me forgetting to change the mode when in midi edit.

I still cant get the FX on/off buttons to work properly....thanks for the advice! Sounds like that will work, and I'll give it a try tonite!
