how can i apply audio tracks without demo mode popping up?

Posting here instead of privately. Guess the thread can be of use to others...
Well, I added more audio tracks but at the bottom of the screen you will see the grey bar turning into red saying that i won't be able to save because it has turned into demo mode...
Are you running some sort of demo or lite version? Maybe when you exceed the lite limitations - it turns on demo mode...?

Do you mean the preview function? When you click on a sound in the browser it starts playing it?

Click the circular button with the head phone logo off at the very top left of the browser. You can also turn the cue volume down at the very bottom of the Master section in the mixer. It's a knob that also has a headphone logo on it. This will also turn down the metronome.

you're right, i do have lite live version so i need to upgrade to a full version of live 4?

I guess you do - if the limited features of Live Lite aren't enough for you... :wink: Go for Live 5 - I think they have pretty good pricing for the Lite->Full upgrades!

yeah, upgrades are very reasonably priced, in my opinion - best dosh ever spent.
mbp 2.66, osx 10.6.8, 8GB ram.
