saved warped trax have become unwarped after formatting

hello all, this have really baffled me!!
i had some dodgy worms on my computer so had to format and install a new copy of windows, i saved all my ableton files and transfered them to an external hard drive and now i have installed all back on my computer but my warped trax are not warped any more. some files will not even let me find the start of a waveform.
i transfered the application data folder (back up wav's)onto the external hard drive but it was not there when i tried to put it back on my computer.
please help i am supposed to be dj'ing on the 25th feb for my sisters 30th and dont want to have to re-warp over 100 trax...

wu hooooo.. think i have sorted it!!
i had the create analysis file set to on so when i was putting in my tracks it was creating a new analysis file and then struggling to decide which one to read from..

panic over!
