HELP! playing clip restarts on launch of new clip while DJin

Ok, so this is happening too many times now and is becoming a real problem. I'll be using Live during a LIVE dj set. I only have TWO clips loaded, one is playing. Numerous times, when i launch/start the next clip to mix into, the PLAYING clip STARTS OVER at the beginning the same time the new clip starts. Obviously this is jarring to your set!

I'm using a MIDI controller to launch the tracks, and at first thought it might be a MIDI problem somehow sending a START signal and triggering both clips to start over from the beginning.

So last night I did all CUE and PLAY from the software with the mouse, and sure enough 3 times during the night, hitting play on the loaded clip to mix in caused the playing clip to start over at the beginning at the same time the new clip strarted.

Nightmare! Is this a bug, or am I missing something? Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi,

Okay, very very obvious question.

You are using the clip slot and not the scene slot to launch the second song.

Also check if any follow actions have been set on the clips, as this may have an effect.
