Analizing Sample Within Live

Post by Google » Wed Mar 01, 2006 6:45 pm

Lets say I record an audio track in Live. How can I make it analyze that audio track so I can know the real tempo, and everything else? (Just like it does if you were to drag in a sample from the Sample Browser) But I want to record>analyze.

I hope you understand my question...

Thanks,

it will already associate the tempo u recorded it as with the global project tempo at the time of recording.

you can reanalyze it by going to the warp markers and right clicking on them and choosing whether u want to rewarp from a specific point or the other options available.

make sure warp is turned on for that though.
