Delay compensation problem..
Delay compensation problem..
Live 5.0.3
---------
set up:
- 1 midi track with Impulse..
- 1 midi OUT track to hardware..
- 1 audio IN track from hardware..
using delay comp. on midi OUT track to hardware is causing:
- the 'follow cursor' in the Impulse midi track is visually totally out off sync..
- the volume signal level of the Impulse midi track is visually totally out off sync..

Hi folks,
as it was already mentioned in this thread the reported behavior is how it works in Live. It is based on the current implementation of the delay compensation which is sitting "behind" a track's level meter. So two tracks playing the same audio but with different delay compensation values will look the same concerning their level meters but sound different concerning the audio.
This issue is on the list but I can not say how and when we will be able to address this.
regards,
/Alex
