Why when i dj with live the song starts wrong

I've been tryign to learn live for a little while now and i've learned some things but my biggest problem is when i start a new song , alot of the time it does not start on the first beat, therefore the song sounds fucked up. Anyone have any idea y thats happens

In order to make sure the song statrts correctly, you have to ensure that the makers are properly set throughout the track. The 'auto markers' kind of drop right but mostly not. Start at the first 1 beat of the track pin the 1 marker there. Make sure the markers are set throughout the track properly.
It takes a liitle practice to do it correctly but you will get it with some tries. There is some great help in the Tutorials section here on the site.
FYI The forum over at http://abletonlivedj.com/ is alot more helpful for dj questions, you will find a lot of people here like to slag on Dj's and can be petty about how otherer use Live. Good luck.
