recording dj mixes...

Post by Jesse_mtl » Fri Mar 10, 2006 10:26 pm

this is a real pain the ass... live will stop recording a clip when u exit a loop..

lets say u have an audio track playing a song that is looped. live will record it into the arrangement. but when you stop looping and let the track play out, live will stop recording it in the arrangement... leaving gaps and holes in your mix..

anyone know if this problem is my fault, or is it a bug.. help would be appreciated im having trouble recording a demo because of this

I've never heard about this before. What i do is ,i record my mixes in the sesion.
Select an empty chanel and then resampling.

ill try it man, but theres a disadvantage, that u cant edit your mix after... but resampling is good i guess if it wont slow my computer down. i just posted in the tips and tricks section, there was a guy who asked about recording into arrangement vs. resampling... i guess he never had this problem ?
