delta 1010 can't use more than 2 outs

I'm using a 1010 and can't get live to recognize more than 2 outputs. I use logic 6.4 and have no problems with recoginziing the outputs. I've reloaded the drivers and searched every preference manual I can think of. I don't know whre to go next.

Dual G4 1ghz
Delta 1010
OSX 10.3.9
Ableton 5.3
Logic 6.4.1

Did you activate all the outputs in Preferences>Audio>Settings>Input Config/Output Config?

They ought to then be available in Live's channel strip by selecting "Ext Out" in the Audio To field.
